Joe's extensive experience is one to rival! From his residencies with some huge brands, his ibiza tours and his successful night "planb" - he has earned himself quite a reputation in the industry

his story
Joe started DJing in the early 90's whilst working at Reds Nightclub in Liverpool as a glass collector. One night, one of the resident DJ's had called in sick and as he regularly used to play on the decks at the end of the night after tidying up, he was given the task to step in and was left to entertain the crowd. This is when his love for being a dJ started and his career took off.

He played regular slots from then on at Reds, including the infamous "Sunday Nights".

On the back of this success, he was offered plenty of work but it often wasn't house music and he didn't really enjoy it as much. In 1995 he launched his own house night called "pure" which evolved with the collaboration of some friends into "Stupidisco" which ran on Bold Street for several years until the venue (Bureau) closed its doors for the final time.

In 1999, joe launched another house and breakbeat night called "planB" (again in Liverpool) which was a huge success and locked out most weeks due to the location and the up and coming dj's that he booked. Due to the success of planb, he was offered residencies with baa bar across all 3 of their venues, festival gigs playing aboard the budweiser bus and then was offered a position with residence in ibiza playing the likes of kanya, play2 and some of the islands most famous venues. He has continued to play for residence ever since at their parties in ibiza and all over the uk.

Joe now works for several agencies who provide him and his love for house music with a variety of gigs which keeps him busy and the crowds entertained every weekend.
